1) Scope of service

Individual therapy and assessment sessions are offered online unless stated otherwise.
Sessions are therapeutic in nature and are not a substitute for emergency or crisis services. In an emergency, please contact local emergency services.

2) Session length and punctuality

A standard session is 50 minutes.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior intimation, it may be treated as a no-show.

3) Booking and payment

All appointments must be booked through the official scheduling link or Pracflow.
Payment is required in full before the session to confirm your slot.
Accepted modes of payment are those listed on the booking or payment page.
Package plans must be paid in full before the first session.

4) Packages

Package sessions do not expire. There is no validity period.
Packages are for the named client only and are not transferable.
Sessions within a package can be scheduled at your pace, subject to calendar availability.

5) Communication between sessions

Administrative communication may happen via email or WhatsApp.
Brief check-ins or reflection prompts may be shared at the therapist’s discretion and are not a replacement for therapy sessions.
For your privacy, please avoid sharing sensitive information over unsecured channels.

6) Confidentiality

Your information is confidential. Limits to confidentiality apply in cases of risk of harm to self or others, concerns about the safety of a minor or vulnerable person, or when disclosure is required by law.
Anonymised case discussion may occur in supervision for quality of care.

7) Technology and environment

For online sessions, please ensure a private space, a stable internet connection, and updated meeting links.

8) Reports, letters, and forms

Any formal reports, therapy summaries, or third-party forms require advance discussion, therapist approval, and written consent by the user.

9) Fees and revisions

Fees are listed on the current pricing sheet and may be revised with prior notice. Existing package terms at the time of purchase will be honoured.

10) Insurance and invoices

Direct insurance billing is not offered. On request, an invoice or receipt can be provided for your reimbursement process if applicable to your plan.

11) Consent and choice

You have the right to ask questions, seek clarifications, and discontinue services at any time.
By booking and paying for a session, you consent to these terms.

12) Jurisdiction

Wallflower Space operates from India. Engagement implies acceptance of the applicable laws and jurisdiction of India.
